Good news: you don’t have to be.
Run It Back isn’t about being a professional athlete. It’s about stepping back into competition — the nerves before the whistle, the focus, the adrenaline.
Some people will show up to dominate the field.
Some will show up to prove something to themselves.Either way, the format is built so everyone can jump in — no elite training required. If you’re willing to try, you’re ready to play.
If you feel a little rusty, so will a lot of people.
The whistle blows for everyone.
