Prize Rules & Eligibility

This document governs prize eligibility and distribution for Run It Back events.

Eligibility

  • Participants must be 18 years of age or older.

  • Participants must be officially registered, approved, and compliant with all event rules.

  • Required waivers and documentation must be completed prior to competition.

  • Events are open division unless otherwise stated.

Skill-Based Competition

  • Run It Back is a skill-based athletic competition.

  • Winners are determined by athletic performance under published rules, scoring, and officiating — not by chance.

  • No purchase is required to join the waitlist.

Prize Details

  • Prize amounts, structures, and distribution methods will be disclosed prior to each event.

  • Prize details are subject to final rules and official results.

Prize Conditions

To receive a prize, participants must:

  • Complete the event in accordance with rules

  • Follow all conduct and sportsmanship standards

  • Remain present for prize announcements unless approved otherwise

Verification & Taxes

  • Prize recipients may be required to verify identity.

  • U.S. participants may be required to complete IRS Form W-9.

  • Participants are responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Disqualification & Withholding

Run It Back reserves the right to:

  • Disqualify participants or teams for rule violations or misconduct

  • Withhold or revoke prizes in the event of disputes, cheating, or unsafe behavior

  • Make final determinations regarding eligibility, scoring, and disputes

No Transfer

  • Prizes are non-transferable.

  • No substitutions or cash equivalents will be provided unless explicitly stated.

Event Changes

Prize structures may be adjusted due to format changes, safety concerns, or unforeseen circumstances. Material changes will be communicated when reasonably possible.

Final Authority

All decisions regarding prizes, eligibility, and disputes are final and made at the sole discretion of Run It Back.
